From Route 3
Traveling north on Route 3, take exit 19; traveling south on Route 3, take exit 18. At either exit, follow signs for Burgin Parkway/Quincy Center. At the first set of lights take a left onto Center Street.

At the next set of lights take a left onto Crown Colony Drive (Crown Colony Office Park entrance). Follow until you come to 1900 Crown Colony Drive on the right.

Eye Health Services is located on the third floor in Suite 301.
