Our area of expertise includes one on one personalized consultations on the most appropriate prescription and nonprescription lens products available to meet your visual needs. The licensed professional optical staff at Eye Health Services will guide you through the process of accurately sizing and selecting frames taking into consideration appropriate lens fit, comfort, daily use, safety requirements and allergies to materials. Also, some prescriptions require the need for additional visual aids beyond eyeglasses and we are here to help with those needs.

Vision Benefits

• We will be happy to assist you in obtaining your vision plan benefits.
• Contact your employer for plan name and obtain unique access ID before visit.
• We accept most vision plans, a few include Tufts, EyeMed, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, Vision Benefits of America. Save time at your visit and contact us in advance to be preauthorized for lens and frames. Please contact the Optical Shop and speak to one of our Opticians.
• If your plan is not listed, contact your vision plan and inquire if Eye Health Services is a provider.

We understand not all employers offer a benefit toward eyewear. Eye Health Services will extend to you a discount of up to 30% for most major medical plans and groups including BCBS, HCHP, Fallon, Cigna, AARP, AAA and Indian Health Services.

Warranty

While we are not able to refund prescription eyewear, should you not be fully satisfied with your selection, you will receive full credit toward another selection of your choice within 10 days of pick up.
