You may use the portal to send messages to your doctor, but please be aware of the following.
- Messages are not checked daily. If you need an immediate response, please call our offices directly.
- Please use “Compose New Message” when sending messages through the patient portal. If you send a message via the “Request a change to my chart” option, then we will be unable to respond electronically.

Q. What is my username?
A. Your username will always be the email address you used during the sign up process.
Q. I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
A. Click on the “Reset Password” link to the right of the login button. Once you select the link, you will be prompted to answer your security questions. After answering the questions, a link will be sent to the email address you used to enroll in the portal. Please use that link to choose a new password.
Q. I forgot my security questions. How do I reset my password?
A. You will need to call one of our office locations and have us reset your account.
Q. The site does not load properly. What can I do?
A. You must use the latest version of either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox in order to view the site properly.
